Installation

All products installed by Guelph Glass Ltd. are guaranteed to be of sound workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of invoice.

Any service to previously installed products after the first year may be subject to a service call charge.

Mirrors

All mirrors are guaranteed to be free of defect for a period of 1 year from date of invoice. Defect includes deterioration of silvering or distortion of reflection.

There is no warranty against glass scratches or breakage sustained after installation.

Holes, notches or electrical cut-outs void warranty. Silicone installation voids warranty.

Custom Shower Enclosures

All shower door hinges are guaranteed for a period of 3 years from date of invoice to be free of manufacturer’s defect provided they have been installed in accordance with industry specifications.

*All other shower door hardware is guaranteed for a period of 1 year from date of invoice to be free of manufacturer’s defect provided it has been installed in accordance with industry specifications.

Any shower door hinges and hardware components installed by Guelph Glass Ltd. will be installed in accordance with industry specifications.

There is no warranty against glass scratches or breakage sustained after installation.

Insulated Glass Units

All insulated glass units are guaranteed for a period of 5 years from date of invoice against seal failure due to manufacturer’s defect provided they have been installed in accordance with industry specifications.

Any insulated glass units installed by Guelph Glass Ltd. will be installed in accordance with industry specifications.

There is no warranty against glass scratches or breakage sustained after installation.

Additional labour charges may apply for installation of warranty insulated glass units.

Replacement Windows and Storm Doors

Warranties vary depending on manufacturer. Copies of manufacturers’ warranties can be provided upon request.
